Inventory

  • The item that I need does not have enough stock. What can I do to get them?

    Email us at sales@ties.sg immediately. If you only need the items in a few weeks’ time, chances are we might be able to get them re-stocked in time.

  • How can I get corporate discount?

    We offer a 30% corporate discount for Singapore orders that are more than SGD 500.

    To place your order, please email us at sales@ties.sg with the total number of products required and their respective SKU number(s). (See the photo below on finding the SKU numbers of our products.)

    For international corporate orders, please email us at sales@ties.sg.

  • Do I need an account to buy?

    Yes. You will be asked to provide a password when you checkout for the first time.

Payment & Refund

  • How do I get a refund?

    At Ties.sg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us via email within 14 days (Singapore Orders) / 30 days (International Orders) of placing your order. Once we have approved the refund, you will be required to ship the items back to us at your cost.

    Once a return is authorised, we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges.

    If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. The shipping fee is $3 for Singapore orders and $7 for international orders. Please return authorised orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days (Singapore Orders) / 30 days (International Orders) from the day the return authorisation was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

    Please include a copy of your sales receipt for faster service. When we receive the item, we will credit your account promptly and you will receive the credits within 10 working days.

  • What methods of payment are accepted?

    You can pay by Mastercard, VISA and all major debit and credit cards.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Can I send the order to my office address?

    We strongly recommend that you use your residential address for shipping. If an office address is used for shipping, we will not be liable for any missing parcels.

  • Do you ship to my country?
  • When will my order ship?

    For orders placed before 11am, they will be processed and shipped out within the same working day.

    For orders placed after 11am, they will be processed and shipped out latest by the next working day.

    All weekend orders processed and shipped out the following Monday or the earliest working day.

    You will receive an email once our staff starts to pack your order and another email when we have shipped out your order.

     

    Example:

    If you have placed an order at 10am on Monday, and you have chosen Expedited Delivery (1-3 working days). Your order will be processed and shipped out on Monday assuming that it is a working day. You will receive it by Wednesday, assuming that Tuesday and Wednesday are working days too.

  • Can I have courier delivery instead of SingPost?

    For Singapore Orders Only

    We offer local courier delivery for any Singapore orders from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

    Do select ‘Expedited Delivery’ as your preferred shipping option during checkout.

    Once your order has been processed, you will receive it within 1 to 3 working days.

     

  • How can I get my items by today?

    For Singapore Orders Only

    We offer same day delivery for any Singapore orders from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays*.

    • If your order is placed before 11am today, it will be delivered before 10pm today.
    • If your order is placed after 11am today, it will be delivered before 10pm on the next working day.

    *If you urgently need the same day delivery on weekends or public holidays, please contact us. We might be able to make special arrangements for you. No promises though.

    Do select ‘Same Day Delivery’ as your preferred shipping option during checkout.

  • How is my order packaged?

    We pack all our items with three layers of protection using clear plastic sleeves, bubble wraps and finally with postage bags as the outer layer. See photo below.

    If you are buying as gifts, do check out our gift packagings.

  • Can I track my orders?

    For orders from Singapore:

    • Free Shipping: No. We mail out all orders as non-registered mails, thus no tracking number is available.
    • Expedited Shipping: Yes. You will find the tracking code attached to your order email or you can find it in your account by clicking here.
    • Same-day Delivery: Yes, You will find the tracking code attached to your order email or you can find it in your account by clicking here.

    For international orders:
    Yes. We mail out all orders as registered mails via SingPost. You will find a tracking number attached to your order email or you can find it in your account by clicking here.

  • How long does delivery takes?

    Free shipping orders are all shipped via the normal mail by SingPost.
